the hotel was in a peaceful location right by italy, and the fiumicino airport in rome. got double room with a shared bathroom when arrived, really enjoyed that.

Appreciated my 1 night stay. My double room had a minibar, a sofa bed, and central heating. A bidet in the shared bathroom was a plus. The location was peaceful for traveling around Fiumicino, next to the Fiumicino airport, and transport. There was Sale - Fish & Spirits in the vicinity, I ate lunch there...

The owner was incredibly friendly and provided helpful information on transportation to the airport. The room and shared bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the hotel offered a minibar service with reasonable prices. The room was surprisingly spacious and offered a beautiful view of the yachts docked nearby. I appreciated the quietness of the location, as well as the convenience of having a supermarket close by.

Despite the warm weather, I was able to sleep comfortably with the windows open and the mosquito nets in place. The location was also surprisingly quiet and the room rate was very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a blast with my friends exploring Fiumicino and grabbing some gelato by the beach. The room was basic but comfy, and the bathroom was clean. Plus, the host was super helpful with all our late-night requests. Perfect for a fun-filled getaway!

If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this might not be the place. It would've been awesome to have some entertainment options like a common area or games.

Even though I arrived late at night, Santy graciously met me and allowed me to check-in. the room and bathroom were immaculately clean, and I had a comfortable night's sleep. I appreciated the extra touches like the complimentary bathroom products and tea and coffee. the location of the room was also convenient, with easy access to the airport by taxi or bus. There was a supermarket and convenience store nearby, making it convenient to get any necessities. I also liked that there were clear instructions provided in the flat, which made everything easy to understand. my stay was amazing and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Cons: Don't have any issues at all. 😊.

Outstanding location near the airport, shared bathroom only with the other room, bathroom had all the necessary hygiene products. The attention to detail was amazing with fresh water, mosquito net, fan, teas, and more provided. Super friendly owner, clean room and bathroom, reasonable minibar service, quiet location with mosquito nets allowing for a peaceful sleep. Santy was incredibly helpful, providing information and accommodating our late check-in. Great value for the price and convenient location near a supermarket.
